Stages of recruitment
- Identifying the number of workers required
- Job analysis[highlighting the duties and responsibilities to be assigned to new workers]
- Job description[duties and responsibilities of the job] and job specification[personal attributes required of new workers] are prepared
- Advertisements placed
- Collecting job applications
- Conducting interviews
- Sending letters to selected candidates
