Communication is the systematic process of transferring information from the sender to the receiver in order to make them understand the message. After receiving the information, the receiver will send feedback to the sender so that the real message is properly understood.
Two reasons for taking feedback:
- To make sure the receiver understood the message
- To test the receiver's reaction
There are two typed of communication:
- Formal communication, which takes place with proper, set guidelines and rules and regulations
- Informal communication, which takes place between coworkers or peers as a method of improving the social attitude

- Providing training
- Using simpler language
- Using better modes of communication
- Improving the organisation structure
Importance of communication
- Improves understanding between the two parties
